Watch with binary display



A binary display is a watch that displays the traditional time ( sexagesimal system ) in binary format .

To read a BCD display watch, the values ​​of each LED column are summed to obtain six decimal digits. Hours, minutes, and seconds are each displayed in two columns.

Originally, only BCD ( binary coded decimal , ie binary coded decimal) watches existed: they display separately each decimal digit of the sexagesimal time in binary.

Nowadays, there are also watches with a really binary display.

Most watches with binary display are digital display , however analog models also exist.
