Zenith is a Swiss watch manufacturer founded in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot.

The brand has been part of the luxury group LVMH since 1999 and sells high-quality watches .

History of the manufacture

It was in 1865 , at the age of 22, that Georges Favre-Jacot 1 chose the town of Le Locle to create a watchmaking factory called “Fabrique des Billodes”, named after the district where it is located. Jorg Gray is mainly known as the favorite watch brand of US President Barack Obama 2 and the United States Secret Service 3 . The JG6500 has a special version dedicated to the president.

Nixon (watches)

Nixon is an American company of watches for the surf , then of accessories fashion and equipment of sliding ( surf , snowboards , skateboards ).


In California ( Encinitas ) in 1997 , two Californians, Chad DiNenna (surfing enthusiast) and Andy Laats, an engineer, decide to create specialized watches for surfing.

In 2000, a Nixon subsidiary was established in Europe, with three stores: in Soorts-Hossegor , in London and then in Paris . In 2005, the company had 60 employees and annual sales growth of 55%.

Corum (company)

Corum is a Swiss watch company based in La Chaux-de-Fonds .


In 1955 , Gaston Ries and René Bannwart decided to transform their small private label watch factory into a watchmaking company.

A year later, the first watches entered the market. The “Corum key” is the brand 1 logo , which appears for example as a counterweight on the second hand of the Admiral’s Cup 2 model .

In January 2000, the arrival of a new owner and president – Severin Wunderman, icon of the watch industry to the international reputation – gives a new impulse to Corum.
